A concept design for a contemporary office tower and public interior environment in Istanbul’s business district, driven by a single spatial idea: a vertical façade system that evolves into an architectural framework.
The project is a concept design for a contemporary office tower and public interior environment in Istanbul's business district. The idea revolves around a single spatial concept: a vertical façade system that evolves into an architectural framework for arrival, movement, and public life inside the building.
This approach treats the façade as an active generator of architecture, rather than just a surface decoration. The slender vertical fins define the tower's urban identity, then bend and transform at the base to shape the entrance canopy, threshold spaces, lobby ceilings, column conditions, and circulation moments. This creates a seamless transition from exterior to interior, blurring the lines between façade and space.
The design principles of one continuous architectural language, balanced rhythm, restrained material palette, and strong threshold design come together to create a premium but understated atmosphere. The use of low-iron glass, pale stone, champagne-toned metal, and selective timber accents contributes to a calm corporate-luxury ambiance. By integrating façade, structure, public interface, and interior identity, the project turns a high-rise development into a coherent spatial experience.
The outcome is a more integrated approach to commercial architecture, where every element works together to create a seamless and engaging environment for occupants.
