A passageway in Istanbul Turkiye, we designed techno natural inspired concept that connect old and new in Turkish culture.
Odakule Pasajı National Architectural Design Competition challenged participants to create a passageway in Istanbul, Turkey, that would serve as a bridge between the old and new cultural landscapes of the city. The design concept was inspired by the fusion of technology and nature, aiming to reflect the dynamic evolution of Turkish culture while respecting its rich historical heritage. This project sought to integrate modern architectural techniques with sustainable elements, creating an environment that is both innovative and respectful of traditional values.
Notable outcomes from this competition included designs that emphasized the use of renewable materials and energy-efficient systems, alongside features such as green roofs and vertical gardens. These elements not only enhanced the aesthetic appeal but also contributed significantly to environmental sustainability.
