The project combines clean modern form with a disciplined environmental approach, integrating structural systems with the landscape while maintaining reliable performance in a high-humidity coastal environment.
The design prioritizes controlled performance by balancing transparency with thermal and environmental control. Approximately 50% of the wall surfaces are high-efficiency glass, allowing for maximum openness while supporting a calm and refined interior atmosphere. The architecture is positioned to work with the site rather than compete with it, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor continuity.
The result is a residence that feels open and effortless, but is grounded in technical clarity and environmental discipline. Casa Lettini demonstrates how modern residential architecture in a coastal setting can remain visually calm while responding seriously to environmental reality.
